Where Can the Decals be Used?
Wall decals look great on your walls without all the hassle of painting. Plus, you can use them on more than just walls. They can be used on just about any smooth, rigid and clean surface. For example: wood, mirror, glass, metal, plastic, etc. They can be easily removed when it's time to move or you're ready for a change.

Whats included in my package?
We include detailed instructions, an application tool and free practice decal with every order.
How will my wall quote arrive? Will I receive each letter separately?
No, you will NOT receive individual letters for our wall quotes. Most quotes come all together on one sheet and get applied to the wall all together. Some of our larger quotes come in 2 sections, but we NEVER send individual letters that you have to place yourself.
Personalized Decals
Some decals can be personalized with names, initials and special colors. Those decals will have a personalizion box in the product description section of our site. You will list your your colors and names there in that box along with any other instructions you would like us to have. Leave a message if you would like us to email you a preview before we make the decal. If you don't request a preview we will make and ship your decal with the instructions provided.
Shipping
Please allow 3-5 Business days (Mon-Fri) for your decal(s) to be made and processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive a message with the tracking number once your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
We ship our decals domestically and internationally. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live in or near Wisconsin, you'll get your order faster than if you live in Alaska. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer (typically 1-3 weeks) and can be delayed at times because of customs processing.
Returns and Exchanges
Feel free to return unused decals within 14 days of receipt. Decals need to be sent back in re-usable condition to be eligible for return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
